Prices:

Shipping charges are set depending on location.

• $5 for domestic orders within the continental US.
• $8 for Canada
• $11 for Rest of the World(excluding countries that are not available due to shipping restrictions)

Tracking:

All orders within the US and International shipping service under USPS will have tracking sent to the email provided at checkout. 

Packaging:

Each order will be packed with bubble wrap and in a bubble mailer to ensure secure delivery. Once the package enters the USPS system we will no longer be responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. You are welcome to file a claim with USPS in any such case of damage or lost mail. 

Order Fulfillment:

Please refer to processing times above for fulfillment.

If a preorder is placed alongside an in-hand pin, the order will be held until all pins are completed and ready to ship out. If at any time you would like to cancel or split your order, please use the Contact Us form for inquiries. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are not liable or responsible for any lost or stolen packages following the shipment of an order. All orders will be sent using First Class Mail domestically or First Class Mail International for any orders being shipped out of the country. 

Address Changes:

Use the Contact Us to send us your new shipping address. Provide your order number and the new address you would like your order sent to. You will be sent an email in return for confirmation. 

Combining Orders:

Orders are able to be combined at the discretion of the customer, please use the Contact Us to send us your order numbers that you would like combined in the event of multiple purchases.
